After mounting and balance ,tire techs are to correctly screw on lug nuts and drill them tight to vehicle, Making it safe for customers.

As a tire tech you learn to tell when old tires are to be replaced and new tires are needed by sight and touch.

When break service is needed safely and effectively replace the break pads the customer should have brought with them.
