  • Worked closely with our Program Administrators (MGAs) ensuring their satisfaction with claim handling and service.
  • Audited Third Party Administrators ensuring compliance with Arch Claim Handling Guidelines and state specific insurance department regulations.
  • Review and evaluate monthly loss runs and reports identifying trends and providing commentary to the underwriters in monthly meetings.
  • Negotiated Third Party Administrator Service agreements identifying different fee arrangements aimed at improving quality and quantifying annual costs.

  • Established Large Loss Claim Unit which was designed to better manage the more complex severe losses.  Mandated a similar unit be established at the Third Party Administrator.
