Professional Summary

I am a licensed speech pathologist with an  unusual resume. For the last four years, I have had both speech pathology and truck driving jobs. I have enjoyed driving cross country, but now I have settled in Hattiesburg.

During my truck-driving years, I maintained my Texas  licensure in speech pathology  and completed online CEU courses to maintain my ASHA certification.  Now I am licensed in Mississippi. Most of my experience has been in pediatric speech pathology in the school setting and home health. I am currently employed at Merit Health Wesley, working primarily with outpatient pediatrics. I am also employed as a PRN speech pathologist for two other companies. I am seeking a school-based position, because I have found that to be my preference.

As my work history shows, I have over 13 years experience in pediatric speech pathology, and I am eager to resume a position within the school system.
