Provide a centralized, personal intake process as a client service function in order to gather pertinent patient/client, clinical and financial information to optimize sales, customer responsiveness and satisfaction, as well as quality care. -Hired as a continuous care pediatric nurse. Worked 8 to 12 hour shifts in pediatric patient's homes. Provided personal care, administered medications, provided tracheostomy care, completed assessments, and met any other clinical or personal needs of the patient.
-Hired as a skilled home health visit nurse. Completed 6 to 9 skilled home health nursing visits per day. Visits included: education related to disease process and management, education related to medication administration, proper use, and side effects, wound care, and IM/SQ injections as needed.
