Temporary Job Placement at IPEX Apr 2015Present Elite Resources Charlotte, NC -Elite Resources is a temporary agency that IPEX uses to find employees.
-At IPEX I am currently in training for what hopefully is an full time position with the company.
-I have worked closely with several off there A operators and have used several different machines. During my time here at Elite/IPEX I have learned there safety and operational procedures. I have run lines 1,2,6,9,11,14 and 22 successfully by myself and with the help of other more experienced operators we have run lines 4,15 and 16.
-I have learn there paper work ex. 8 point check and the hourly check for quality control.
 -I can replace water bags , vacuum filters and saw bags .
-With safety always in mind keeping the areas clean and free of trip hazards to reduce injuries.
-I have some back ground with fork lifts and pallet jacks. My past experiences.
- I have used many different tools and can use tape measure, pie tape and micrometers.
