Assist customers with connects, input, programming and activating various equipment needed for cable, phone and Cox high speed internet service. Train customers on features and setup of equipment and services. Troubleshoot connection and feature issues. Schedule field technician appointments to resolve customer issues not resolved over the phone. Educate customers on services and features currently subscribed to and available through effective questioning and customer needs problem solving.
