Responsibilities in this role includes collaboration with the US Department of Justice, Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP),  National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC), Fox Valley Technical College (FVTC), National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), FBI, domestic and  international law enforcement agencies to build liaisons and develop training programs to enhance the skill sets required to conduct investigations concerning the abuse and exploitation of  children. Engage FBI entities, international task forces, and other federal, state, local, and non-profit agencies to identify and develop strategies to understand the trends, tactics, and technologies, in order to mitigate the threats posed by child predators.  Prepare all written crimes against children training announcements within the organization,  collaborate agendas and training materials with conference organizers (such as Dallas Crimes Against Children Conference and International Symposium on Child Abuse at Huntsville, Alabama).  Manage and provide oversight of the Violent Crimes Against Children training and operational travel budgets to ensure all allocated funds are utilized in accordance with Department of Justice and FBI policies while ensuring tax payer accountability.

Responsibilities in this position included oversight of the National Security Branch (which included the oversight of ten investigative and operational support programs) and four national security -criminal task forces throughout the state while maintaining the operational readiness of unique FBI assets.
