I established a brand new Dietary Kitchen for a CTC Mental Hospital for 50 Inmate/Patients . The Critical Treatment Center is a Rehabilitation Center that cares for Patient/Inmates with Special Dietary needs and Medications. I do a Heart Healthy Diet as prescribed by the State and a Registered Dietician.
I helped structure and design the Kitchen and Serving of the Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner.
