Reduced/eliminated defects on the bottles coming through my department by doing correct setups and calibrations before the product ran through. Did major testing with calibrated dummies.
Monitored reject rates on the product and made adjustments to the line as it was processing.

Created a jig to reposition a carton that was finished being assembled by the tool. This mod placed the carton in a different place on the conveyor belt. It eliminated crushed boxes which helped relieve the operators from having to pull boxes.
