  • Promotes and delivers information regarding new programs developed by SiTEL. 
  • Provides individual coaching on SiTELs online programs.
  • Serves as a member of the contracting organization's education committee and consults on upcoming educational offerings, system enhancements, and upgraded products as needed.
  • Serves as the direct point of contact for assigned customers for all aspects of SiTEL training platforms, which includes resolving technical, content and process questions for outside contracts.
  • Supports educators, department heads and the internal Help Desk on the more complex questions concerning the system.           
  • Travels to other healthcare facilities to manage outside contracts as required. 
  • Document and submit tickets for reported issues with the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Participate in weekly product team meetings to review tickets submitted for fixes. 
  • Verify and close tickets once the fix has been implemented on live site.
