In this position I listened to the dictation of the doctors and typed the information regarding the patients then would forward it to my employer.  The doctors I typed for were mainly GYN's and PCP's.  I had a one day turn around for the doctors that I transcribed for. 

• Determine customers' financial services needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
• Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available services.

   

• Review insurance policy terms.
• Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
