Technical and Functional support to customers in implementing and configuring Oracle HRMS applications (All releases starting from 10.7 to 12.2X) as per business processes requirements. Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and application requirements.

Performed first-level core troubleshooting on software system problems and delivered accurate technical solutions. Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies. Trained/mentored new engineers in problem solving and help them testing new products. Processed critical issues when additional assistance was required by referring user problems to senior analysts, specialists, managers, or other support groups.

National Institute of Computer Technology(NICT) -
Responsible for teaching different computer languages and softwares. Helped students doing hands on exercises and projects by researching problems or explaining the concepts being used to students in the exercise or project. Assisted principal instructors in preparation and development of course materials for concepts such Cobol and Unix. Led the team that enrolled students and ensured students were provided with quality instruction and supporting materials. Initially enrolled as student, institute management offered position as instructor based on aptitude for C, Cobol languages and Unix. Wrote programs for data entry, validation of data, conversion of data and wrote reports and programs for processing and presentation of data for taking decisions. Designed and developed payroll system in COBOL. Developed Financial Accounting system (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable) in COBOL. I was not involved in every program but I was part of design of whole system by making it as near to manual system as possible to avoid relearning of end users. Wrote programs to represent financial reports e.g. Balance Sheet, Trial Balance and Profit and Loss. Did Requirement Analysis and designed some of the reports which were not there in Manual System, and made a system with enhanced data requirements in comparison to Manual system for future up gradation and flexibility, Coordinated System Testing plan and was involved in system testing occasionally when programming load was less. Developed set of programs to help Personnel department in making record of time of employees. My program was capturing data from time card processing machine and then was preparing reports for absences and time analysis of employees which was used in payroll department for wages and other management decisions.
