Responsible for the sales and marketing, keeping the facility rented at optimum levels, effectively utilizing advertising, promotional and customer relation skills as approved by upper management.Responsible for all upkeep and maintaining the grounds.I rent 84 storage spaces, and actively sell and maintain supplies of merchandise. I provide outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer problems and professionally handling telephone and walk-in inquiries. I visually inspect the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advising upper management.I generally manage  the office including but not limited to opening and closing the office on time each day. I maintain all required tenant documentation in a neat and orderly manor as directed by upper management. As the manager, I control delinquencies by telephone contact and letters on a scheduled basis including sending out monthly invoices. I maintain accuracy of the Petty Cash, make daily bank deposits and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by upper management. I assist in preparing units for auction, vacate as prescribed by law and approved by upper management.I maintain a neat, clean, safe and secure facility including ALL maintenance and daily lock checks. I tend to any and all maintenance items that require attention in a timely manner.
Work Skills:Basic computer operation in windows, including experience using a self storage software application. Understanding of maintaining an automated gate system, landscaping, and maintaining all grounds.

Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties for seven Stewart Legal Facilities, as well as The Tyler Hill Historical Site. Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower. Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Apply pesticide to rid grounds of pests such as mosquitos, wasps, ticks, and others. Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth. Shovel snow from walkways and sprinkle salt down to keep people from falling. Perform routine maintenance duties such as applying plaster, fixing fountains, and other duties. Sweep walkway of debris. Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger.Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Perform minor and major repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. Install lawn irrigation, rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Install rock, cement, lighting, water plants and grass as needed and apply fertilizer as reccommended.
