I have successfully completed an IBM SPSS course at Virginia State University, which has taught me how to use the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software in order to come up with reports, charts, trends, and statistical analysis.
Also, I am proficient in the use of a computer and utilizing various Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Word) but am willing and interested in learning more. Through the use of the computer at home and in school, I am able to type 50 wpm.
