Professional Summary

I I have always been very dedicated to working with customers via telephone and in-person with several years of experience. Combining management and customer service expertise in assisting and almost becoming assistant manager , in that experience I was able to grow and learn the ins and out of the company, anything from accounting to ordering to stocking along with cashiering and anything you could possibly need to know about the business. I have gained the knowledge from that company and I am pleased to say I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked there. I have also worked in a lot of customer service and data entry settings which I enjoyed very much. I've learned knowledge of computers not only the data entry aspect front but  also the knowledge of the computer programs like Excel, word, works and there is a system called AS-400 system which I I have full knowledge of. Some other computer programs are Power point along with many other programs that are out there and if I do not know them I am a very quick learner and eager to learn more about all the programs that are readily available out there for most companies. I also have a lot of personal care work although it's more voluntarily I was not getting paid for it, however for several years I have helped my mother who is very disabled along with her kidney failure and taking her to and from her dialysis I assisted her in personal care, meals and most of all tender loving care.
