These included delivering and retrieving various pumps and supplies to the different areas of the hospital, receiving jobs to transport patients and specimens or supplies through EPIC and via issued pagers. I was assigned as the dispatcher and would receive calls from different areas of the hospital who would request various items. I would also dispatch for codes that were paged to a special pager held by the dispatcher. During my stay at First Source, I climbed to the top of the ranking chart and maintained near perfect quality scores.
