Regional Building Base Manager 01/2015 to Present CBRE - Amazon
  • The overall objective of this position is to direct and support physical, financial, administration and management of the properties within a portfolio of over 8 million square feet
    Commercial properties.
  • Manage and direct building engineers, and multiple 3rd party vendors at each property to ensure that we meet and exceed the client needs.

  • Oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of all heating, ventilating, air conditioning, water, electric and other systems to ensure efficient operation. Inspects facility and generates inspection reports.
  • Assist finance with preparing monthly operating budget variance reports and codes accounts payable invoices to ensure correct cost center accounting classification.
  • Monitor the performance of all 3rd party vendor contracts to ensure work order completion and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects. Schedule and finalize all quarterly inspections and reports Provide technical leadership for all aspects of the facility and technical overage for all sites as needed.

  • Responsible for daily operation of Headquarters and portfolio office buildings, located in Dearborn, Southfield and Troy Michigan.
