Professional Summary

Responsible, mature receptionist proficient in Infinty 5.1 and Atlantis programs, including all front end duties at a very busy veterinary hospital with 9 doctors (typically 4 on staff daily) as well as a separate Pet Services division which includes training, boarding, daycare & grooming. Nothing but friendly customer service and the ability to offer professional advice/emergency info over the phone. Currently work full time at 4, 10 hour days...my administrator is genius in my humble opinion!! Passionate, kind, & caring with a good old fashioned work ethic and nearly 100% attendance record. Two & a half years in reception along with 6 months including vet assistant & kennel work...re-located to MI almost 3 years ago. Prior to that did the books for our small family business many years & was caregiver several months for my 14 year old son who broke his neck, so I learned much as his home provider & therapy/doc appointments chauffeur/companion. Volunteer work with animals & my kids at school & Girl Scouts also, as I was fortunate to be a full time Mom for many years.
