EFT Processor
Responsible for issuing and the capture of ATM and Checkcards. Handled internal and external customer service system for ATM. Checkcards and Homebanking. Processed ATM deposits for machine posting Also check for large amounts, payees and foreign currency. Exchanged foreign currency to American dollars. Searched for video pictures from ATM video camera as requested by FBI and other security companies. Logging of videotapes. Provided management with weekly statistical reports.
Credit Settlement
Settled and investigated large overdrafts. Settle money transfers, mail deposit and cash flow accounts. Keypunched debits and credits for trust accounts. Provided management with daily reports.
Return Checks
Settle and calculated all checks being returned for non-payment, received request from customers to place stop payments on their accounts, follow up with confirmation letters confirming stop payments placed, performed daily settlement for stop payments and money market accounts.
