Additional Information
I have just completed a two day course at Miromar Lakes Golf and Country Club called "How to Sell New Homes-The Secrets That Work Program". I received a Certificate of Completion and 11 Continuing Education Hours. It entailed one day at Miromar Design Center and one day at a model on property. The course was taught by Roland Nairnsey, a noted author, motivational speaker and expert sales trainer, who has just been named director of sales for London Bay Homes. Nairnsey sold more than $200 million in new-home sales during a nearly 20-year career in real estate. A very exciting course.
