  • Personally manage 20+ projects at any given time.
  • Work with both internal and external teams to gauge customers needs. 
  • Review/evaluate proposals or bids when necessary to make recommendations regarding awarding of contracts.
  • Match customer needs to the hardware/software that was sold, offer suggestions and/or changes to ensure the overall needs of the customer is met.
  • Work with both, our development team and our support department to build/configure customer systems and ensure it is built out to a level of excellence.  
  • Often required to write/configure a number of different interfaces, SQL stored procedures and Triggers, update/modify custom XML reports. Also test the customers order for any flaws in workmanship or design of the processes, software and hardware being utilized to ensure quality and proper function. 
  • At time of install - work behind the scenes to support our technician onsite to ensure a successful install. Often required to remote in to diagnose an issue that they cannot resolve and/or work to correct any problems that were not found originally.
  • From start to finish, provide verbal or written project status reports to project teams, upper management, customers, or support personnel.  
  • After installation - update our CRM software to reflect the completion of work and communticate with support to properly document customer contact information, scope of job and any special interfaces purchased/utilized for support services later.
