  • Receive and respond to Upstate Affiliates' (Albany, Buffalo, Nassau County, Rochester and Syracuse) requests for administrative and programmatic services; register such request with the Regional Affiliate Director
  • Facilitate capacity building training, technical assistance and workshops for the fulfillment of  contractual deliverables
  • Plan, coordinate and execute programmatic committee activities and meetings
  • Assist Regional Affiliate Director in the establishment of planning committees and the identification of consultants, facilitators and other contractual services required for success of events

      • Provide front line support to five upstate affiliates (Albany, Buffalo, Nassau County, Rochester, Syracuse) and volunteers in the affiliate development and execution of projects and ensure successful completion of work plan deliverables established in funding contracts and agreements.
      • Monitor Affiliate contract compliance
      • Establish and maintain linkage agreements with community partners including HIV/AIDS providers, community, civic, health departments, colleges, universities and other relevant organizations
      • Review community-specific Needs Assessments and Epidemiological reports to determine gaps/needs and outstanding work in targeted cities
      • Receive and respond to Affiliate requests for project-specific administrative and programmatic support and communicate such requests to the National Director of Affiliate Services
      • Conduct / facilitate technical assistance workshops
      • Support, plan and participate in local and statewide program activities and events
      • Carry assigned responsibility for national event days including World AIDS Day, National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness & Information Day, Week of Healing & Prayer, Women & Girls' Day; National HIV and Hepatitis C Awareness Days, among others
      • Complete requisite monthly programmatic and data/evaluation reports to funders
      • Support other departments and perform other duties as needed and assigned
