As a Project Clerk working on the 4 Brothers Solar Project in Milford, UT I answer phones and take messages, log worker absent  phone messages and report absences to necessary Foreman and Superintendents. Create crew timesheets and updated the daily using Excel. I enter craft worker time into the Oracle Time Keeper program and follow up on any employee that is missing time. Receive, verify and distributed employee payroll checks and following up on returned checks. Give new employee orientations, receive and check completed New Hire Packets including I9, Health Benefits and Driver Files. Maintain and secure employee records. Work closely with the various departments at Corporate to maintain updated craft worker records, insurance information, MVR status changes, payroll concerns and to get updated information so I can pass it on to employees. Create and send various HR Action Forms for New Hires, Transfers, Salary Change, Terminations and Layoffs to the necessary departments. Use iProcurement to purchase necessary equipment and supplies for the project and to input invoices, receive and submit them for payment. Work with local vendors to purchase non catalog supplies and to provide various services. Setup UPS accounts for deliveries and shipping, shipped various items both through UPS, UPS Freight, FedEx and FedEx Freight. Track and received deliveries and log them in the appropriate computer files. File reports, receipts, contracts and other papers. Work closely with the PM,  help prepare materials for MST meetings, Safety trainings and Orientations. Enter HazRecs into BIM 360 and am in the process of learning to input and track various Equipment, Vehicle Inspection Reports and Maintenance Records in BIM 360. I also perform any tasks asked of me to help support and maintain the efficient running of the team and the project.
