  • Manage CCEC program registration and payment processing, including running process pending reports and following up on problematic orders and payment plans.
  • Coordinate with Information Technology, Facilities, Enrollment and Student Services, Cascadia Community College, and other administrative areas to provide seamless customer experience
  • Ability to manage rental program/facility use of CCEC by private entities. 
  • Work with instructors, IT, college partners and other stakeholders to ensure computer labs atCCEC-Everett, CCEC-Bothell, and other off campus locations are ready for instruction/classes.
  • Coordinate software installations and configurations with IT and test images to ensure programs are ready for students/instructors.
  • Ability to build and maintain reporting solutions for key CCEC business metrics. 
  • Coordinate with representatives involved with Information Technology, Campus CE, and HP systems for data accuracy, reporting, and other CCEC program needs
