  • Present weekly shipping report status and address any issues/concerns to the VP of Production.
  • Address any quality and garment testing concerns and work with the factory to form a feasible plan of action to rectify.
  • Negotiate the final cost and confirm the delivery based on overall quantity and factory capacity.
