As an open and active person, I have learned many skills and gained many tools that make me a good and pro-active worker. My openness to new and creative ideas, allows me to learn new skills as they pertain to work, society, and personal productivity. As a 'jack of all trades', I learned such a plethora of skills that I am now ready to hone those skills, and use them to improve pro-active health care, as it pertains to the citizens of our modern society. My goals in life are to help create fun and exciting ways to promote more cognizant and preventive health care. I plan to gain as many accreditations available to personal trainers and physical therapists, over the course of the next 10-15 years. I believe that continuing to learn throughout life, is the best way to keep an open and active mind. Although the problems of society may be greater than the inactivity of persons in society, I am willing to dedicate what time I have, to inciting education and action towards a healthier, more well-adjusted society. The skills and education I have gained are invaluable to me as a person, a friend, and as a personal trainer.
