Private Investigator associate Jan 2010Mar 2015 DC Investigations Asheville , NC While working at DCI I had the privilege of working under a seasoned private investigator and former homicide detective. I was able to take the skills I had learned in law enforcement and build onto them. I gained tremendous experience doing covert surveillance I also gained other skills as well. I became familiar with gps placement, monitoring, and dispatch. I handled many investigations from the beginning to the end with little supervision producing a satisfactory outcome. I was able to develop my interview skills by working civil and criminal cases in which I interviewed witnesses and suspects. One of the most important skills I feel I learned is achieving great video recordings. I learned to produce video surveillance that was clear and focused and needed very little editing. I also produced daily typed reports that detailed the work performed that day. 
Court room testimony is also something I have experience with as well.

I had approximately 75 successful real estate closings in which I worked closely with buyer or seller and sometimes acted as a dual agent.   • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
  • Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
  • Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
  • Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.
  • Maintain working knowledge of various factors that determine a farm's capacity to produce, such as agricultural variables and proximity to market centers and transportation facilities.
