President and founder of Have a Heart - Save a Life, Inc.

This is a 501C3 organization that strives, and succeeds in rescuing thousands of animals from kill shelters throughout Georgia and placing them in forever homes.

Some, but not all, of my duties consisted of recruiting and organizing hundreds of volunteers, initiating community awareness events,  fundraising activities, disseminating educational material regarding spay and neutering programs, and working hand in hand with local government and animal control officials.

Established a network of foster homes for the recently rescued animals and provided those homes the support needed to ensure a smooth transition to forever homes.

Have a Heart Save a Life is a grass roots organization that conducts adoption events throughout the community on a weekly basis in highly visible locations.  

At no time during my tenure as President of Have a Heart - Save a Life, did I draw a salary or personally profited from my position.

  • Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
