Accomplished and energetic Educator with a solid history of achievement in Medical Training. Motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Areas of expertise include Science, Speaking and Coordination.
I have served in the Medical Field for many years. I entered as a Medical Lab Tech but, realized I enjoyed interacting with each patient more. After transferring to the Medical Department of Phlebotomy, I began to train the new Field Technicians. I enjoyed training! It was then, I saw the importance and need for competent Phlebotomist. By giving the proper training -that is lacking by the majority of On-The-Job Training Employers- I could better utilize my skills and have a high impact on the Field of Phlebotomy. In every position I have held, I have been held in high esteem as to my work ethics. Being devoted to one's Employer, Colleagues/Associates and to our Students is one of my valuable attributes. Because of my allegiance to my past and present employers, I have earned the right to say that I am apart of this category.
