Located and set up appointments with landowners to secure affidavits. Obtained and filed documents at the courthouse, and provided field and research support.

  • Pivotal role in enabling Marathon Oil to secure the right to drill in Karnes county. Traced and documented ownership of land and minerals, developed detailed flow charts to show chain of title using software, and constructed runsheets and other various reports using MS Office Suite.

  • Chosen to take on an improved role of responsibility and increased workload with more assignments. Applied strong analytical, detail-orientation, and documentation skills to ensure the on-time and quality delivery of products to clients. 

  • Developed detailed maps of property using Net Deed Plotter software and collaborated with others to complete projects for EOG throughout surrounding counties in the Marcellus shale.
