  • Lab Administration (protocol reminders, training, lab meetings, Mice transfers)
  • Handle lab observers and volunteers intake paperwork, and familiarize them with company protocols and procedures.

Visiting Professor Logistic Coordination

  • Prepare conference or event materials, such as flyers or invitations for upcoming conferences.
  • Travel, lodging, and itinerary logistics for guest.
  • Represent the Division and escort guest to meetings and lectures

Ancillary Support for Division Programs, and other Doctors

  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for other division doctors and fellowship program meetings
