Accomplished and energetic Sales Manager with a solid history of achievement in Automobile Sales. Motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization abilities. Areas of expertise include communication, understanding customers needs and create a good environment for customers as well as employees.
While a majority of the past 20 yrs have been spent in the retail automotive industry, I possess a large amount of construction and or home repair knowledge. The most knowledge I have is in plumbing field, however, I also have above average knowledge in framing, drywall, paint, electrical, laminate flooring, Trim carpentry, cabinetwork, Tile work and possess a large amount of tools for all of these fields. While I have basic knowledge of HVAC and roofing, I typically do not prefer to do these types of work. I have common knowledge and or experience as to how a task should be done and consider all methods to complete it and what is the best and most cost effective way to do so. 
I currently help an investor who buys homes, remodels them and then sells them. This client typically does floor to ceiling renovations and it is a large amount of work in all areas of construction. 
With 16 Years in the retail Automotive industry and 11 of those being in a managerial position along with an above average knowledge of home construction and repair I feel confident that I possess the abilities to fulfill this position.
