Summary
Resourceful and accomplished, Management and Program Analyst, Human Resources Specialist, Office Manager with extensive; program management, program analysis, air traffic operations, office operations, higher education and personnel management experience and expertise; seeking long-term employment opportunity within the Prescott, AZ commuting area. (Read, Write and Speak/Spanish). I was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. My grandfather co-founded the first radio station,"WKAQ". My family, father included, opened the first recording studio, "Ochoa Recording Studios", in Puerto Rico. My great aunt was the first female attorney in Puerto Rico. My family originates from Spain, Portugal and Italy. My last name, Ochoa means "wolf", in Basque, actually spelled Oxoa. (Interesting fact! the Basque (northern part of Spain) language is the only language in the world, that its philology cannot be traced to any other language.)I am the youngest of three siblings (all girls)! My eldest is retired and lives in Taos, NM, where she is actively involved in animal rescue. My middle sister is a child-welfare therapist and pursuing her Ph.D. at Pacifica Graduate Institute in California. I am the proud Mom of an 18-year old (my one and only) who unfortunately suffers from the "I know it all" syndrome. A syndrome which has plagued teenagers from the beginning of time (me excluded). I have spent the past two years as a full-time Mom, but my son has left the nest. I have decided to return to work.
