  • After the technicians assess the vehicle and any concern the customer had, I will order the necessary parts.
  • After calling around to various suppliers and the parts are ordered, I then make a customer invoice.
  • This invoice is created in our Quickbooks system.
  • I am responsible to entering all parts and any sublet information followed by labor costs.
  • The labor costs are usually calculated by using on online database.
  • When the customer comes to pick up their vehicle I apply their payment to Quickbooks and file any loose payment in our system.
  • Bank deposits are required weekly.
  • I deposit all funds in our system, making sure everything is calculated and corresponds with Quickbooks, and then take the physical deposits to the bank.
  • I am entrusted with driving the company vehicle to make returns, run errands and make banking deposits.
