As a Program Managers I oversee the development and execution of large projects, called programs. I am responsible for 2 major  Hospitals, Eisenhower Health and Riverside University Health Systems. This includes: payroll, human resources, accounts payable and receivable, operations budget and expense guidelines, credit and collections, risk management- worker's compensation etc..

  • Manage supplier relationships including hosting supplier forums and conducting supplier performance meetings;

  • Detailed understanding of your client's industry, products, markets, competition, and financial positions – ensure team have suitable levels of knowledge

  • Assess  key demographic areas for our clients' businesses and determine their needs from both a practical and an emotional standpoint.

  • Create program initiatives that help our clients stay within their budgets and mitigated all risk .

  •  Allocate and control company resources as they relate to individual programs as well as your department's budget as a whole visit clients' businesses on-site and conduct interviews with key personnel to identify specific needs Implement protocols for each Department.
