Justice Works Behavioral Care －
Collaborate with team members, school personnel, and family members to help develop school, home, and community behavioral intervention plans for emotionally behavioral challenged students; implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise behavioral intervention plans; conduct home visits for the purpose of service coordination, behavioral compliance, family engagement, community resource coordination, student support, and all other purposes designated by lead Counselor; participate in and provide all information for Individualized Education Plan Meetings, Family Treatment Plan Meetings, Behavioral Manifestation Hearings, DJJ Hearings, and all other student specific meetings; mentor and provide appropriate modeling of behavior for specific students, provide crisis counseling and intervention when needed at school, home, and in the community, complete all Clinical Service Notes accurately and in a timely manner; provide all information and documentation needed for Medicaid billing in an accurate and timely manner according to the Department of Mental Health and Human Service Standards; and participate in identified in-service trainings; participate in all individual and group clinical supervision sessions, participate in client chart maintenance and client chart audits.

Collect primary data through surveys for Clemson University to teens in Chesterfield County about teen violence and data.
Guardian Ad Litem －
This is volunteer experience in which I complete an independent investigation, and tell the court what is best for the child for things such as custody and visitation; talk to the child, the parents, and other caregivers; also talk with counselors, teachers, family members, friends, court services, and child protection workers; write reports to the court saying what I think the judge should order for the safety and concern of the child; and work with the court to find out what is in the best interest for then child in the court case.

Directs activities and outlines duties and responsibilities of the staff in providing 24 hour operation on the CTH II program; conducts personnel action process, and makes recommendations to the Director of Residential Services; serves as a Interdisciplinary team Chairperson; calls and conducts regular and special meetings to discuss any changes in annual Individual Program Plan, changes in schedule, major goal changes, behavior changes, in-house transfers and discharges, and compiles information to amend the Individual Program Plan; maintains communication with contractual service personnel and service coordination to ensure implementation of recommendations; informs service coordinators of Plan of Service changes as needed; supervises and monitors implementation of each residents Individual Program Plan, integrating various aspects of the community program, recording each resident's progress, meets with managers to make sure that programs are running smoothly, makes sure that the consumer's account does not exceed the specified limit, and talks with the Social Security Administration yearly to complete annual review of consumer's social security yearly.

Maintained a caseload of seven or more juvenile kids who have been in trouble with the Department of Juvenile Justice; completed weekly summary notes on each individual stating their progress during the week; maintained contact with parole/ probation officers concerning individuals progress, and date of release from the program; taught a Drug & Alcohol class to individuals that came into contact with some type of drug and alcohol; met with the individuals during the week at least twice for a face-to-face intervention during the week to address or discuss any issues or concerns that the individual may have had during the week; completed various assessments on students to determine their progress, and behaviors; completed Individualized Care Plans in order to determine what goals each individual needed to work on to help in assisting him in modifying his behavior for the future.
