I have participated in over 25 training events and provided NET training to over 400 students during my three years.  Additionally I plan and develop intelligence training Programs of Instruction (POIs) to support each organization's unique training needs as well as plan and develop instructional plans, products, and other training support materials for DCGS-A training topics. I present formal instructions of DCGS-A software applications, including the Multi-Function Work Station (MFWS), Query Tree, Pathfinder Web, ArcGIS Mapping tool, and Google Earth. Plan, develop, and implement student evaluation materials to measure training effectiveness. And lastly, I provide input for changes to training materials to meet changing mission requirements, such as resource requirements, hardware/software changes, and doctrinal/threat changes.
Embedded Mentor 10/2005 to 12/2011

I conducted DCGS-A training using numerous delivery methods for U.S. Army, Army National Guard and Army Reserve forces at military bases in theaters world-wide, including nine deployments to combat zones. Here, I utilized all my training skills and technical knowledge to assure that Warfighters received the best possible training.  I conducted formal training in a classroom environment, presented Over The Shoulder (OTS) training, and used remote login capabilities, along with technologies such as instant messaging and other available means, to provide one-on-one training assistance to train users at distant and remote locations. I conducted integration training exercises at JRTC, and provided training in Mission Rehearsal Exercises environments, both in CONUS and in Germany. I trained Warfighters to use applications including ArcGIS, 2D Map, Query Tree, Multi Function Work Station, Google Earth, Agile Graph and Starlight. I provided "by request" targeted training and developed “on the spot” training aids for analysts and their teammates. Lastly, I provided input to the DCGS-A Software Integration Laboratory at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland on issues that I or users encountered, along with recommendations for possible fixes.
Project Manager 09/2003 to 10/2005
U.S. Navy - Fort Meade, Md
During the last two plus years of my Navy Career, I served as the Project Manager and DoD Liaison between several agencies of the United States and several Host Nations in the coordination of current and future high priority missions. I managed a $3M annual budget to prioritize and accomplish objectives by National Law Enforcement Agencies and DoD. I was directly responsible for the development, procurement, installation and the logistics, including training, of information technology equipment and software applications totaling over $1.5M. I utilized my management acumen, coupled with my extensive training expertise to acquire and in some instances, develop and tailor the NET training to support the procured hardware and software  to assure personnel were trained to accomplish the mission. The training task, including the acquisition and tailoring culminated in 35 day training evolutions which were conducted annually within the United States. In recognition of my achievements in this position, I was awarded a Defense Meritorious Service Medal, along with several awards and commendations from the Host Nations that I assisted.

I spent 20 years as a linguist/intelligence analyst in the United States military.  I completed various schools throughout my career that added to my linguistical and analytical abilities.  I deployed as the senior linguist on board six vessels to provide language capability for the commanding officer underway as well as in port to provide a translator for high level meetings.
