Mid-manager
May 2013-Present
Red Robin Gourmet Burgers -
St.Peters ,
MO
I am certified to open, mid, and close the restaurant. I am in charge of our training program and work closely with the CLCs to ensure open and honest communication between the CLC and trainee, as well as feedback between our CLCs and management team. My cost department is the bar, and finding solutions and causes of over used and under used items is part of my job description. Holding myself and team members accountable during the shift and coaching areas of opportunity enables our team to be successful. I have ran two cost departments between my time in Evansville, IN and Chesterfield, MO. I completed my seasoning in Fenton, MO where I was stationed for 5 months. I oversaw the busser and host departments, and was in charge of hiring for my departments as well as first round interviews for all other FOH areas. My time in Chesterfield as an acting manager was spent evolving the bar area in line with the 'Take Back the Bar' focus of the Red Robin brand. I took advantage of personalized marketing for our bar and focused on the visual aspect of attracting more adults - more neon signs, 'Drink of the Week' advertisements, posters and signs that offered specific craft and local beers, and re-trained and set new standards for the bar team in terms of cleanliness and alcohol knowledge. In Fenton I instituted a new process of using the Nosh List on the I-Pads for seating on a wait, and was in charge of Guest Relations.

I acted as a tour guide for this local museum. I also cataloged new items that came in to the museum and did any needed research on inventoried or acquired items. I also coordinated social events at the museum, including fundraisers and tours for field trips for local schools. I cleaned and stocked the gift shop, and ordered new supplies or needed items for the museum.
Camp Supervisor

Holy Rosary Totten Hall -

I was one of six camp supervisors that oversaw a group of 50 4-5 year old's during the summer program and after school programs during the school year. We coordinated daily field trips, oversaw drop-off and pick-ups of all the children, offered emotional comfort and physical activities, and coordinated lunches on premises and away.
