  • Monitor client progress using Partners for Change Outcome Management System (PCOMS), specifically using the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) to track client and counselor fit and client's gains/areas for improvement across weekly sessions
  • Provide outreach presentations and workshops to the greater campus community on mental health and wellness
  • Directly consult and collaborate on cases with a variety of professionals including staff counselors, clinical case manager, nutritionist, physical therapists, medical practitioners, psychiatrists, and residence life staff
