MEDICAL SUPERVISOR MEDICINES SANS FRONTIERES
  • Direct, supervise and evaluate work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel.
  • Provide quality basic medical care, diagnosis and treatment, in MSF basic health clinics according to MSF clinical guidelines, including universal precautions. • 
  • Identify and facilitate proper referral of complicated cases and perform follow ups of patients along with Referral Doctor • Involve in monitoring of the medical activities; ensure the rational use of medicines and inform Medical Supervisor of any irregularity of drugs supply or damaged materials, suggest the needs in drugs or material.

  • Prepare activity reports to inform Field Coordinator of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.
  • Maintain communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning.
  • Plan, implement and administer programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and staff.
  • Direct or conduct recruitment (local doctors, nurses and nurse aides), hiring and training of personnel.
