Additional Information
I have been on a 12 hour night shift for 27 years. The past few years I haven't been getting enough sleep and it's been difficult to stay alert all night long. I'm looking for an 8 hour/day full time job, either day or evening, no night shift.
Ideally I would love to find something in the Florida Keys. The climate is nearly perfect and I would love to be warm for most of the year as opposed to just 3 or 4 months (with luck) in the north. Barring that, I'd like to find something closer to family in New York.
What I may lack in experience I'm sure I would learn quickly. I'm very organized and methodical and always do the best at whatever I take on. I've often been considered the "expert" at what I do and many of my coworkers often come to me for help. I consider what I have recently been doing of a clerical nature and it's the kind of job I would like to find.
I know hiring locally is easier and probably preferable but if you believe I may be a top contender, I would have no problem travelling for an interview, and if hired, I would gladly move myself.
