Throughout my time working, there have been bumps in the road.  For years I've been working to overcome personal issues. If you would like, I would gladly discuss these with you.  During that time I have worked several jobs and picked up many useful skills.  I am a hard worker, which despite my struggles, has made employers want to keep me around.  In addition, I like making people feel at ease, and am a great conversation starter.  While in the the service industry, I've worked alongside people of different ethnicities, who speak different languages and we have always gotten along well.  My track record shows that I am a valuable employee.

  • Empty trash cans
  • Replace old light bulbs
  • Minor plumbing jobs- unclogging drains and toilets, shutting off main water valves for individual floors in the event of flooding
  • Throw out recycling and trash left in each floor's trash chute room
  • Operate trash compactor, and replace dumpsters when full, using mechanized hydraulic cart
  • Sit in for front desk clerk during his/her break, or when needed on another floor
  • Help tenants with removal of furniture

  • Overall maintenance of facility, i.e. making sure the grounds are clean, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning windows, watering flowers and upkeep of flowerbeds, removing graffiti, & cleaning elevators
  • Restarting elevators using electrical breakers due to chronic shutting down of the system
  • Directing fire personnel to the shut off switch for electricity, emergency brake for elevator motors and trash compactor
