During my time at Papa Murphy's I started as a normal employee, but as time went on the manager saw my leadership skills and promoted me. As a shift manager I had several job and skills I needed to use on the daily which included:

• Resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Greet customers and ask about the quality of service they are receiving.
• Training new employees.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the store was up to expectations.
• Handle money for the store and log it.

• Handling busy and difficult situations.
