Greeting guest's to the Mission's Department and helping to assist the guest by providing them the information that they were looking for Administration of daily activities to ensure the mission's department ran smoothly such as: Cleaning, making coffee, answering phone call's, answering email's, getting and sorting through the mail, every day, scheduling meeting's for the director's of the mission's department, informing the mission's director's that their client's are in the office, and setting up social media account's for the Victory mission's department 

 Event planning, and being a part of administrating and facilitating the annual Mission's conference that the Victory Mission's department planned was also included in my responsibilities and job description 

Job Responsibilities:

 Assisting the 1st grade teacher of the after school program at the Tulsa Dream Center in: Teaching the kid's how to read 

 Helping the kid's with their homework Facilitating and looking after the kid's during their dinner and during recreation before they started on their homework 

Facilitating and looking after the kid's during the day while we took special field trip's 

which included: keeping a head count of all of the kid's in my grade and helping to assist and look after other Teacher's kid's when my assistance was needed in their classroom as well

Fitting room specialist which included organizing and facilitating the process of getting the clothe's that were previously tried on back out on the floor 

Cash wrap which included ringing up customer's once they were ready to make a purchase, counting down the register every night at closing time, and balancing out the register, making sure I had the correct amount of change in the register at the end of the day 

Processing through new clothe's that arrived daily to the Forever 21 stock room, before they were taken to the sale's floor 

training new Forever 21 sale's associate's on how to best sell clothe's to guest's 

utilize their time on the sale's floor to make the most impact during their shift
