Originally I was brought in as the Customer Service Representative for Parade Magazine, Time Inc, & Office Depot publications for the southwest region of the US. I was promoted in 08/1999 to Paper Control Manager and was responsible for the procurement, storage, claims, billing, usage allocation, audits, and annual inventories along with reporting to Quebecor Corporate. During tenure in the Paper Control Department we saw a 95% decrease in 'Lost Inventory'. In May of 2001 I was promoted to Customer Service Manager and was responsible for staffing and training of Customer Service Staff. I worked closely with Management from Sales, Scheduling, Production, and Accounting to be sure proper communication, both internally and externally was being done to reach our customer and corporate objectives.
