  • Established Transport Layer Security (TLS) services for IPR vendors and provided roadmap for other vendors within line of business - Improved the security of email communications between IPR and all vendors and thus reducing the risk of exposure of  client sensitive data.

  • Supervise all  user acceptance testing (UAT) for the migration of performance data to a new and improved performance reporting platform - This Improved data integrity by identifying anomalies duringtesting and resolving issues.
