I have been working in customer service for over 9 Years I enjoy helping customers solve there problems. I also have a joy that I can solve problems and work with customers because I can imagine being in there situation.
I answered calls from customer that had trouble with there credit card do to fraudulent activity, verified customer Identity through different resources provided to us. Our main goal was to provide customer with outstanding service no matter how the situation was customer service was our first priority and to help the customer with whatever made the situation easier on the customer.
