  • Prepares, processes and audits accounting documents to include requisitions, purchase orders and vouchers (i.e., travel vouchers, vendor payments, agency transfer vouchers (ATV's), interagency transfer invoices (IAT's), and SPCC invoice payments.

  • Knowledgeable of VRS guidelines for Virginia Sickness Disability Program (VSDP) and keep track of all VSDP cases when an employee goes out on short term disability.
  • Serve in a back-up capacity for the following: Processes death certificates in EDRS, post payments in WebVision to client accounts as well as posting insurance remittances and EFT wires for nursing home screenings, and assist with human resource transactions, i.e., e-verify, background checks, fingerprinting, prepare interview packets, screen applications, serve on interview panels and schedule interviews.
