I provide technical service support in the hospital / clinic laboratory environment. I Conduct technical analysis of OCD Equipment and OCD product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product and systems in accordance with customer specifics. Also install, operate, maintain, and modify all OCD Diagnostic equipment. I Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed. Manage all territory responsibilities including Preventive Maintenance & upgrades including software & hardware Determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications. Trained all Levels of Nikon Instruments Field Engineers on installs, preventative maintenance, and Advance troubleshooting. I provided engineering for Intel fab 11 and fab 11x, which included out of control processes, upgrades, modifications, and customer training. I also provided support on systems using Lyn ix, JDos, Hyper-terminal and protocol software that teaches three and four axis robot systems. Worked on-site at Texas Instruments Dmos V, providing maintenance on the Ipec CMP tools. Developed preventative maintenance training specifications and communicated requirements to all Texas Instruments CMP Process and Equipment Engineers. Managed an 8 person installation and modification team for phase II CMP tool installations at Dmos V. My team was able to meet and exceed all target dates and budget requirements on 75% of all Ipec CMP equipment installed at Dmos V.
Senior Technician (1996 – 1997) Managed a 16 person team of Technician in all phases of manufacturing capital CMP Equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, fluid systems and robotics. Headed up a Escalation team of 6 Senior Technicians, on a national on site drain modification. Worked with Engineering team on the creation of a better flowing drain for the 472M. Assisted in the engineering and installation of the Nova Scan 2000, as well as quality assurance for final wafer check on the 372M. I have a strong knowledge of current manufacturing practices, and a clear vision to accomplish the company goals, accompanied with an outstanding ability to plan, schedule and complete projects.
