Supervised Culinary Associates in the Food Concessions at Sky Harbor Intl. Airport in proper Food Safety, becoming the first site to receive the County Health Dept. new rating system with an 'A' and no violations. Consistently raised all NSF Food audit scores from 82% to 98% in a 3 periods from periods 1-3, maintaining current certificates such as Food Handler cards, TIP's for Alcohol. Completed period end inventory with managers, imputing final counts, verifying inventory counts, using an Excel spreadsheets for each concept to bring to attention the Store Managers the top/bottom items which stood out as being too high/low.
